A Quick Guide to Work with WordPress
Here is the quick guide for you to help move on with your wordpress site. Once you login to your administrator account, click on “My Dashboard” in the menu bar to go to the admin panel.
Here you see many options to take several actions such as posting new entries. You can adjust all the modules as per you want then to display in your site. You just need to do mouse over the module you want to change, and then drag and drop it to the place you want them to display in your website. You can expand or hide the individual modules in the left menu by clicking anywhere within the title bar.
You can find the posting options under Posts module. The options include All posts, Add New, Categories and Post Tags.

Under Media, you can find all media files you’ve uploaded such as images, videos, audios. You will have a built in media uploader to upload and manage your media files.
Appearance module lets you edit WordPress themes. You can edit, select and install the theme and also configure your widgets in the sidebar.
Similarly under the module “Links”, you can add links, edit or delete links and categorize link lists on your wordpress site. Under the module Comments, you can find all the comments in the moderation queue where you can approve, edit, or delete the comment.
You can also view all the plugins installed in your wordpress blog or site. You can also find new plugins install them, activate or deactivate already installed plugins. Under users section, you can view, manage, delete your users list and subscribers. You can also edit your profile here.
You can set the general options for blog posts, discussion options, post writing options, Permalinks, privacy, Reading options in Settings module.
